Zip Code changes email template

Spring is the time of year when you can make changes to the zip code areas you will serve for the following school year, after you have been with the school for 1 year. When you submit your new zip codes to Rene (portfolio@ieminc.org), please do so in the following format. Remember, submitting a zip code change does not mean a student currently on your list not in that zip code will necessarily be transferred. ESs must serve any current student until a transfer can be completed. Then when you no longer have anyone in a zip code area, you may remove it (once you have been with the school for 1 school year.)

Note: Make sure you include the zip codes for the students you are currently serving in your list!

(For zip codes you will serve next year put in a word document and attach in the following format:)

(One list with no city names attached—return between each)
