Dear Parents,

Below you will find the instructions on how to request an official transcript from our IEM schools. All parent’s must requests transcripts unless the student is over 18. If the student is over 18 they can request it themselves.

The following information will be needed in order for you to request an official transcript.

Otherwise please include the following information: Your child’s full name, their school student number (if you still have this), their DOB, parent’s name and your parent signature.

You will also need to include specifically where you would like to have the transcript sent. Please include the destination name, address, phone number, and the person to attention this to (registrar’s name if it is another school).
