This is to remind you that all items purchased with the school’s Instructional Funding are school owned items and must be returned to me when you are done using them.  We must be accountable with the items that we purchase with state dollars. All consumable items, not yet used, are school property. If you decide to drop from the school it is my responsibility to collect those from you. 

It is my responsibility to track and transfer all school owned materials, therefore you cannot lend out any school owned items to anyone, even to another family enrolled in the school. All materials must be returned to me when you have finished with them, or I will have to send in a missing materials form and charge you for those school owned items. Please do not just drop items off at the Resource Room in Boulder Creek, but make sure the school secretary takes note of the items you dropped off otherwise, they will still be considered checked out to you.

If you received any items that you have decided is not what you want or need, you cannot return it to a store yourself, or trade it for another item. You must give the items to me and I will follow the return/exchange school policy, if it is possible to return or exchange those items.

If there is any doubt or a disagreement between us as to whether any item is consumable or not, we can communicate with my ES Advisor for assistance.
