ES Groups are planned very carefully around numbers of ESs in the same general geographic location. We expect that the groups will find a day and time that all members can attend 7 times a year, as we need everyone to attend their assigned group. Please plan 3 hours for each monthly group meeting (although we expect December and February to be 2 1/2 hrs), a full day for the All ES Meeting, and all day for your March regional portfolio collection day. If you are unable to attend your regularly scheduled ES Group meeting, please contact your assigned Area Facilitator to tell them which other monthly meeting you are planning on attending. Please cc your advisor and the Area Facilitator of the meeting you are planning to attend so they know that you are planning on coming! Thanks so much!
