Revised 4/2008
Student
Detail Screen
The student detail
screen contains information about the student’s address, phone number, parent
names, demographic information, first day of
enrollment, immunization records, and email.
If there are errors in the address or other information, e-mail stuchange@ieminc.org. The detail
screen also shows any problems with matching learning record and roll sheet
dates as the school year progresses.
After the hard copy roll sheet has been mailed, this screen will verify
that it has been entered by attendance and show any errors on the roll
sheet. ESs should periodically check
this screen for matching dates.
There are two ways
of opening the student detail screen.
The first is from the “active students” listing under the “view”
menu. By clicking the blue student
number located in front of the student name, an ES can access the
information. The second way to view this
screen is from an open learning record.
Clicking on the “student detail” button located to the right of the
screen will also access this information.
Students’ learning
record dates must match the hard copy roll sheet day/dates exactly. If the
learning record does not match the roll sheet dates, the learning record dates
must be changed. The ES can correct the
learning record dates by going to the student detail screen, and changing the
beginning or ending track day number. (It is the number next to the date.)
These numbers should be the same as the numbers for the corresponding roll
sheet. When the numbers are changed, the dates change automatically. Changing
the dates on this screen also changes them on the individual learning records.
There must never be more than 20 school days on a LR.Contact your advisor if you have any questions on this.
Checking this
screen periodically throughout the year and making corrections promptly when
noted will make the ESs job easier and expedite checkout at the end of the
school year.
