First Missed Appointment

I am sorry that I missed you today. I hope that all is well. Please call me right away at __________ (and give them the number that they can reach you at). I need to do a learning record meeting by _________ (and I put the 20^th day in this slot… if the day I am waiting to meet them is the 20^th day, then I put "tonight at 6:00 at my house" or whatever you want, but it has to be by the 20^th day.) It is absolutely necessary that we meet right away to avoid a “missed appointment”, which would be a school 1st truancy. (If I must turn in a truant record, you will receive a truancy letter from the school.)

If you contact me and we meet again, we can still record the learning that your child(ren) did this month on their next learning record, but we need to have this meeting ASAP.
