A Message From Dennis: Regional Occupational Programs (ROP) are offered throughout Sacramento County and Placer County. They provide great opportunities for our students to acquire vocational/occupational experience/training. In many cases, industry “looks to” ROP participants/graduates for potential job opportunities." (See also "Reminder" and "Please Note" at the bottom of this page). |

REMINDER: Also note that some courses have pre-requisites and many fill up fast (first come, first served). Even though adults may register for courses, high school students have priority. Also……keep in mind that a particular course may not start concurrently with our semester timeframes, so encourage your students to enroll early (i.e.: register now for fall classes). Again …..due to the popularity of some courses, there are no guarantees for enrollment; so…have your students try again in the future. Course/program offerings are subject to change with little or no notice (based on funding, participation, instructional resources, etc.). Once a program begins, however, it is likely to be completed. |
